Targeting super concessions: The $3 million question

$350.00 +GST

With the Senate recommending no changes to the Better Targeted Superannuation Concessions, commonly referred to as Div 296 measures, we are closer to this measure becoming law, which applies from the 2025-26 financial year.

In preparation for this new measure, we are conducting an in-depth workshop for accountants and advisers to help understand how Div 296 operates, who it affects, and what actions to consider for those clients prior to its commencement. Case studies will be used to provide a practical approach to illustrate the application of Div 296, the amount of tax assessed and the options for payment.

We will also look at alternative structures for holding investment capital outside of super.

Registration to this event includes:

  • 3 hour on demand event
  • Learning guide, slides, and case studies
  • Recording and materials available to access for 3 months after the event
  • SMSF Association accredited CPD certificate for 3 hours
